I am incredibly grateful for this daily practice called yoga. Yoga has transformed my exercise routine from something merely physical to an experience that feeds my body, mind and soul. Yoga replenishes my energy and stimulates my body’s innate powers of healing. I began practicing yoga in 2000, purely for the physical benefits. I have since cultivated a love for vinyasa flow yoga and the empowering holistic benefits of a regular practice.
Yoga, through moving with the breath, has taught me how to stay present in the moment. As a new mother and an active human being, yoga is one of the few practices where my mind is truly in the present!
The balance of body, mind, and spirit wellness is very important to me, and I want to help my students cultivate strength and balance in all these areas of their being. I believe anyone can practice and enjoy yoga, regardless of physical ability or fitness level; yoga is for all people!
It can be a catalyst for healing many ailments. Your yoga practice is a place to cultivate qualities that you can take with you as you leave class and go out into the world.
In 2010 I received my 200-hour RYT Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher certification; I’m also a
registered Yoga Alliance teacher. Every class I teach incorporates knowledge, creativity, spirit,
and positive energy with the intention of sharing my passion for yoga.
