Holistic Health Coaching
Holistic Heath coaching looks at wellness as multifaceted : Our health is affected by the choices we make not only in food and exercise, but also our career, relationships, selfcare, and spiritual practices. Health coaching is designed to work over a 3 to 6 month program (hourly sessions are available) to help you set goals and make gradual, and lasting changes in your lifestyle.
My approach to diet and lifestyle stems from a bio-individual viewpoint; not one diet works for everyone. I will work with you to help you find the best food and lifestyle choices for greater energy, balanced weight, optimal blood pressure, healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels, based on your lifestyle, blood type, activity level and personality.
My work helps to identify the toxins in our food, environment and personal care products that can affect our health, creating hormone imbalances, low energy and potentially allergies.
