Holistic Heath coaching takes a multifaceted approach to wellness: Our health is affected by the choices we make in food and exercise, but also our career, relationships, selfcare, and spiritual practices. Health coaching is designed to work over a 3 to 6 month program (hourly sessions are available.)
As your health coach, my role is to guide you in setting goals, support you in applying them gradually to make life-long, lasting changes. A change in lifestyle is the key to lasting results.
My approach to diet and lifestyle stems from a bio-individual viewpoint; not one diet works for everyone. I will work with you to help you find the best food and lifestyle choices for greater energy, to balance weight , optimal blood pressure, cholesterol and bloodsugar, based on your lifestyle, blood type, activity level and personality. My work helps to identify the toxins in our food, environment and personal care products that can negatively affect our health, and then establish new choices that will keep hormones balanced, allergens low, and energy high!
